Very nice and informative review! I have SFHoF vol. 1 and IIA from Tor. Any idea when the others volumes are due out? Couldn't find anything but the two I have listed on Tor's site (http://www.tor-forge.com/)

I believe IIB is out from Tor, but maybe only in hardcover. They reprinted them a few years ago. The editions I have are the older Avon Books edition (regular paperback) from the 1970's. There was also a Volume III and a Volume IV, but Tor never reprinted those. That brought the series up to the point where the Nebula collections were coming out (and most of those are sadly out of print, alas!).
